Na edukativnoj radionici pod nazivom \u201eProces upravljanja terapijom – Otkrivanje dijagnoze\u201c u organizaciji CInMED-a, a podr\u017eanoj od strane Farmaceutske komore Crne Gore, u\u010destvovalo je 50 diplomiranih farmaceuta MONTEFARM-a. Predava\u010d je bila dugogodi\u0161nja nezavisna savjetnica i direktorica stru\u010dnih programa u me\u0111unarodnoj agenciji Pharma Expert, doc. dr. sc. Arijana Me\u0161trovi\u0107, MPharm, FFIP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is an interactive type of education that consisted of three modules, with a total duration of 60 hours, of which 30 hours were intended for theoretical classes and workshops, 10 hours for preparation and knowledge testing, 20 hours for working with patients, and finally documenting the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The \"PUT\" program is designed to help patients establish a diagnosis, monitor therapy and provide advice in the further course of treatment. The service protocol includes history taking and analysis of therapeutic approaches, including their effectiveness, possible contraindications and side effects of drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This type of healthcare service is provided by SMART pharmacists who have completed training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr. pharm. Bojana \u0110uri\u0161i\u0107 and Dr. pharm. Rina Kova\u010di, particularly stood out in practical application because every patient deserves a correct diagnosis and adequate therapy, which can significantly improve the quality of their life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The results of service delivery are encouraging. For example, patient Lj.P. , who faced a lack of diagnosis and treatment for seven years, after consultation with Bojana, she was sent for additional tests. After reviewing the previous therapy, the findings and the current condition of the patient, Bojana estimated that the diagnosis of multiple myeloma was possible, which was confirmed by tests by a hematologist and an oncologist. Based on the diagnosis, the patient started chemotherapy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also, our pharmacist Rina Kova\u010di, applying the program in practice Therapy management process, <\/em>she focused on patients using different types of therapy, intensively monitoring their reaction to certain drugs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Obje na\u0161e koleginice, zbog svog zalaganja, znanja i truda nagra\u0111ene su edukacijom – \"Summer school with Pharma Expert<\/em>\" which was organized in Jahorina from 23-25 \u200b\u200bAugust 2024, where Bojana presented her case from practice, for which she was awarded by the Chamber of Pharmacy of Montenegro. Rina was awarded the CInMED award for the largest number of reported adverse drug reactions. This experience shows the importance of commitment, empathy, continuous improvement and teamwork in health care. The biggest challenge was the integration of pharmacists into the process of diagnosis and management of therapy, which our Bojana successfully achieved through cooperation with colleagues from the health profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
